Link Shop

First of all, you can find the current WordPress version from Dashboard > Updates. Please make sure that WordPress, all your plugins and theme are up to date.

A page with permalink / shop-xxxx has recently been created, we have noticed that if someone accidentally enters the address / shop (incorrect) they are still taken to a page that we have not created no.
Is the / shop page created by default?

If you’d like us to take a closer look at your site setup, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Thanks for your response. As a first step please try the solution explained previously by my colleague.

If you want us to take a better look at your site set up, please provide the system status report. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? This is under WooCommerce > Status.
