Link replacement plugin

  • I was wondering if there is a plugin for wordpress that replaces things I type in {} with other things. For example, if I type {my weblog} in I would like WP to automaticly change that to a value from a pre-defined list (e.g. https://cron.quill.statichost.co.uk = {my weblog}) before the post is published. Is this posible? Is there a plugin that does this?
