I lost all of my keyword search results when Google launched Penguin. I have been trying to figure out why this is happening and I think today I found it. But, I need help to be sure and to fix the problem. It may also be a problem for many others. The problem is a canonical redirect that has shown up on all of my pages that redirects back to the page it on. This is telling Google to ignore this page and go to this page. . . it’s a loop so the page never gets found.

First how do I fix this and second how did it happen.
This has been devastating!
