The Link Relationship (XFN) field is by default hidden in WordPress menus.
To see and use it, you need to click ‘Screen Options’ at the top of the WP menus page and check ‘Link Relationship (XFN)’ (more info here)

If you have “Enable on WordPress Menu links” checked, you normally don’t need to add the Link Relationship (XFN) value.

Hello, thanks. Is it possible to change? To add new menu item, I need DIV ID, but it’s not nice, like “#text-block-0f8e8154fdca039a37a812da8f6e5903”, how to change to maybe “#name” ?

Not sure what you need but you can create your target sections manually or via plugin’s shortcode.
See “Creating the target sections” in plugin tutorial.

    Hope this helps
