link rel="alternate" issue

Hello,
I found getting this peculiar error:
On media page I get no link rel=”alternate” for translated media.
This happens only to non-logged users.
Let’s take as example this URL:
https://atwork.paperplanefactory.com/ethel-kabwato-taccuino/kabe_003/
If i navigate it as logged in user i get these link rel=”alternate”:
<link rel=’shortlink’ href=’https://atwork.paperplanefactory.com/?p=1647′ />
<link rel=”alternate” href=”https://atwork.paperplanefactory.com/ethel-kabwato-taccuino/kabe_003/” hreflang=”it” />
<link rel=”alternate” href=”https://atwork.paperplanefactory.com/en/ethel-kabwato-notebook/kabe_003-2/” hreflang=”en” />
<link rel=”alternate” href=”https://atwork.paperplanefactory.com/fr/ethel-kabwato-carnet/kabe_003-2-2/” hreflang=”fr” />And as non logged user i get none of these info.
