Link problem to a custom ID URL on tab

Hi

We are having issues when trying to make a link between a section and anchor ID in a tab.
Now, if we make make click, it will render the new URL but not the corresponding anchor tab, but , if you make again manual click on the same tab the content will appear.

In the firts pic, you can the anchor id (“#certificados”) on section.
In the second pic appears the correct url but not the corresponding tab content (even the red color appears only on active links)
The third image shows the page when clicking again on “Certificados” tab

Please, If you could help me i will appreciate
