Link problem

I like features of this plugin, but I came across strange problem:
I use last version of theme The7, WP and plugin.
I have Permalink setting to post name.
But looks as your plugin doesn’t support it.

Here I put book reviews but output is very ugly, plus all links with ? and book links give error 404… I can not access them neither from dashboard. Please assist…
