Link post format- creates 2 links (title and post)?

I switched to beta 2 and noticed the link post format creates 2 links- one in the title and one in the post. In the previous version, the link only showed up as the title, which made for less clutter.

Is the new double link format intentional? Just curious. Just trying to help by testing different things!
