Plugin can’t shorten custom links. Custom link must be shortened in advance. Yes, %MYURL% should be used.

You need to put your affiliate URL into the snap_MYURL custom field and then use %MYURL%

You need to adjust whatever you are using to insert your listings to populate that field.
