Link order in blogroll to be by rating

I have a widget in the right sidebar that displays a list of links in a category. How can I order the links there to my liking. I’ve set the rating of each link, but they do not seem to affect the ordering of the links. The link are always alphabetical.

If I need to, how can I re-code them to adjust the order of the blogroll link widget? What file? Or what to add to the functions.php?
