link or display a contact form only if you click

Hello, I want to add a contact form in “agenda” wordpress page, but my idea is to maintain it hidden and only display if user click in a “more info” link.
It means, that I can add different activities in agenda page and under each will appear his own contact form but only when user click in this activity to ask for more information. Is it possible to do? I try to insert the shortcode in a link but does not work.
