I like weDocs and have been using it for many years.

How can I get rid of the link (#) on the right side of every title (using h2 or h3).
When printing I get “My title (#my-title)” and would not want “(#my-title)” to show.

  • Hello @ldeschenes

Disable the “My title (#my-title)” link on the right side of every title during printing.

→ I’m sorry to say, but that would be unavailable with the plugin. By default, it will generate the link.

    Regards.

You say “that would not be available with the plugin”.
And the you say ” By default, it (your plugin) will generate the link.”

Can you not find where your plugin generate it ?
And provide a filter to modify the behavior.

    Hello @ldeschenes

We have a backroom discussion about this current behavior, and I’ve opened an issue on our public repo (here). You can keep your eyes over there for further updates.

I hope this will be reviewed & improved soon.

However, currently, there is no filter/hook available as you expect.
    Thanks!

Thanks @aurangajeb for reporting this as an issue.

Would be nice that you update this post when this behavior is modified.

    Thanks again!

    Hey @ldeschenes

We have patched an enhancement regarding this print issue. Please update weDocs to the latest version (v1.7.1).

    Enjoy!
