Link on menu to blog page not working on site Gets stopped

  • I use the “readings” heading under Settings to have my posts directed to a different page and have my home page be static. This worked fine until yesterday. Npw, when i click on the link in the menu for the blog page where the posts are supposed to be, I see it briefly load for a second, then it goes white and says “stopped” at the bottom and can’t seem to load.

    I’ve disabled all Plugins and the problem persists. I am not sure why this happened as I have not since added any new plugins, and it worked fine after I recently updated wordpress as well.

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Hi! I haven’t tried that, but since I am somewhat new to all this I am intimidated to start all that when it was all working fine with no new plugins installed. please visit the site and click on Visit the Ziji Blog link in the menu…then you can see what happens. It just says “stopped” on the bottom left bar of my browser.
