Link not working on the download button

    HI,

    We have added the plugin and done the setting however we have found the issue which is after submitting the form the download button link is not working

    please help us to resolve this issue on the priority

    Hi @dineshs05,

    After looking at your site it appears the issue resides within the site settings. The download link that is generated after the form submission is on http not on https this is why browser is refusing to open it. This is confirmed by copying the link and pasting it in a separate tab, and the download is working. Can you check your WordPress Site settings and ensure that all the links/settings are set to HTTPS and not HTTP.
