Since change to new WP format, a link to a page i just edited is not working. The page was working prior to the change. I am trying to take the page above, and put it into a Table Press Table. The URL is wrong and it goes to the WP log in page. All my other links created before the change are working.

    Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    What new WP format?

We cannot see pages linked via wp-admin. Please post a link to the actual page in question.

In the past few days many of the links to my pages have changed. I have used some of these pages for several years, only updating information as needed. Now the URL’s are showing https://caloosabirdclub.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=229&action=edit, taking people to the signup screed. To my knowledge, nothing has changed except now the page refers to “blocks” and gives me the message Welcome to the wonderful world of blocks! Click the “+” (“Add block”) button to add a new block. “There are blocks available for all kind of content: you can insert text, headings, images, lists, and lots more!”
I see no ‘slug” and do not know of any way to find the URL of a page any other way than copying it from the address bar at the top.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like you’re using either the beta version of WordPress 5.0 or are using the Gutenberg plugin.

If that’s the case, install the plugin “classic editor” and, from its settings, make it the default when editing a page.
