Link not correct on Privacy Policy

Hi Support,
I’ve installed the plugin and it automatically adds a checkbox with the text “You read and agreed to our Privacy Policy.” on my registration page (https://www.everatlas.com/register/) but not in the right place. I need the check box just above the “Complete Sign Up” button. Also the link “Privacy Policy” goes to register page (https://www.everatlas.com/register) itself.
1. How do I move the check box above the sign up button?
2. How do I change the link of “Privacy Policy” with https://www.everatlas.com/privacy/
