Link No Longer Working

I have Version 1.3.2 for this site https://www.apcfit.com I am working on for a client.
He is in the process of trying to switch over to us doing his editing as his current programmer isn’t responding well. So I do not have access to the database to back things up to update the plugin. I do not want to update it without the database in case.
I have tried https://www.google.com/calendar/feeds/dos75eke9uqatli4hb1vhivhp4%40group.calendar.google.com/public/full
But when I do this I am getting a spinning wheel in the calendar. I think it has to do with the fact if I put that in a web browser I get a forbidden message. I am unsure how to fix it. I have tried it with the @ based on the information in the support and that did not work.
If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it.
