Link menu item to main blog

I’m having trouble linking a menu item to just a page that displays my blog posts. My site is https://www.juliannapolitan.com/eternalhealth and I’m using the Centita Minimalist Business theme https://themeforest.net/item/centita-minimalist-business-wordpress-theme/82640. I have the “Posts page” set to “Blog” but it keeps showing the same content as the home page. I’ve tried adding and removing the widgets in the settings without any success. When a user clicks on “Blog” from the top menu, I just want a simple page that displays posts in chronological order with the” Latest News” and “Sign Up for our Newsletter” sidebar widgets still there.

Any help would be appreciated.
