Link Management questions

  • I want to know if was an plugin for Link Manegement in WP for one of following situations:

    – upload an image for the link (I know that already has image in links, but I want to use Image upload, the client is so newbie to know what is Image Address)

    – Get a relevant list of blogs based on tags (eg. poetry => blogs of poetry)
