Link management, not managing?

I’m confused, and have been reading trough the documentation on blogrolls but nothing is pointing me to the solution to this problem. How do I assign a link to a category? Here‘s a screenshot of the link as I’m editing it, shouldn’t there be a menu to select the category? Thanks for any help!
