I saw there were already people asking about this before, but the answer to their questions didn’t work for me. When I add a tag cloud block or widget, there is no option to set to link library tags.

Link Library includes a shortcode to display a tag cloud: [link-library-tagcloud]. That being said, this function is quite simple at the moment and might not fulfill what you’re looking for if you’re looking to have the cloud words link to categories of links.

That is what I’m looking for, yes. And I tried this shortcode…it looks great, but when I click on any of the links, it takes me nowhere. ??

If we are not able to make a tag cloud work properly…is there a way to display tags with the library listings? I don’t see that the tags have any purpose currently since I don’t see any way to display them?

You can display tags next to links, by activating them in the Advanced tab of library configurations, but they are not clickable in that instance either, at least not at this time.

Now, I may be eventually able to make them clickable to only be able to display links from the various categories that are assigned a specific tag. The links would be displayed the same way, but would only appear if they are assigned a tag. Would that be helpful?
