Hello there and thanks in advance for your time. So last night I gave Internal Link Juicer a try, followed all the steps to run it, but after adding the keywords no links at all showed up in the text of the post of my WordPress site (did I miss something?) So I deactivated and activated again, only to find out that Internal Link Juicer didn’t showed up at all in the right colum as it did before I deactivated it. Thanks again for your help!

    Thank you for contacting us.

The ILJ editor could have been hidden in the preference. https://prnt.sc/lt7CVUcPOI17

For the links not building this could be due to several reasons.

    1. Make sure the post types are added to the whitelist: https://prnt.sc/fD94XxwTF4lm

    2. Check the action scheduler to see if tasks are being executed correctly and no failed actions from ILJ:  https://prnt.sc/5maJ0WvCseWO

    3. Can you send us an error log if there is any?

    4. Can you also send us a screenshot of your Dashboard and Statistics and our ILJ settings?

    5. Is your? post? using the default wordpress editor or is it using ACF for contents? any builder used or themes?

    Thank you

Hi @markilj and thanks for your reply. Regarding your comments:
<The ILJ editor could have been hidden in the preference.
It’s not hidden in Preferences (actually it’s switcher dto ON on Panels), but it show sup at the bottom of the page. So I added a keyword to test it, but nothing happens.

<Make sure the post types are added to the whitelist.
Yes, “Posts” are added to whitelist.

<Can you also send us a screenshot of your Dashboard and Statistics and our ILJ settings?
Can I post it here, and how can I do that? Or else where?

< Is your? post? using the default wordpress editor or is it using ACF for contents? any builder used or themes?
Yes, default WordPress editor. I’m currently usimg Broadsheet theme. The strange thing is, it seemed to work fine before I deactivated (because I saw it wasn’t working), but once I activated it again nothing happens either.
    Thanks again for your help!

I see so you are able to see the keyword editor now right?

You can post the screenshots here thru links, you can use lightshot or other similar programs for screenshot: https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html

I see so it seemed to work before, have you seen that there was data on the dashboard before?

I would like you to try to force an index rebuild.

What you can do is change a setting, example change this setting :

    https://prnt.sc/0FTRZNnnIsMf

Add an option, then save changes.

This should trigger an index build, you should also observe the this progress bar is working: https://prnt.sc/Q5lw7kjZRYlZ

After the index is built, it should now have links generated if the keywords you have set have matched any content. You can then observe the built links in our ILJ dashboard.

    Thank you

    Hi again @markilj,
Yes I can see the keyword editor now, but not on the righr side editor (as it showed up the first time, which would be easier) but at the bottom of the post.
    Screnshot ready now:

<I would like you to try to force an index rebuild.
    Sure, I’ll do that.

Last but not least, let me know if I’m correct about the program once it’s running. Say I add a keyword (for example, “London”), so all posts on my page including “London” will links between themselves? Additionally, what if I used two words, like “London town”? Can I do that? Last but not least, keywords can be added to a single post or is there a list where I can ad keywords and then they’ll apply to the whole site?

Thanks in advance for your help and looking forward to your reply.
    Kind regards.

I see, so the keyword editor is here : https://prnt.sc/ebYgAFte8cwL you can click the arrows to rearrange the widgets.

I noticed you have failed actions here: https://prnt.sc/sei4z2mMCEig , are they from ILJ or from other plugins?

Yes, if you add “London” keyword to post A for example all the other posts will link back to post A from the keyword London. If you used two or more keywords, by default it will try to find London first, if it doesn’t found a match it will find the a match for the 2nd keyword you set. (You can change this order by this option : https://prnt.sc/q34XZcpRdp4C only affects keywords within a post)

Currently, you can only add keywords to posts/page etc individually, you can try to import/export keywords to post to make adding them quickly here: https://prnt.sc/KW7CbcMIqQ6D

I hope this helps, let me know if you need anything else.

    Thank you

    Hi again,
Yes, I just arranged the arrows.
No, no failed actions from ILJ. Thanks again.
One last question, how long does it take for added keywords to start working/linking to the post where they were added? Is it automatically or it takes a while?
Thanks once again in advance for your help!

It depends on how large your portal is. After you have added the keyword and updated the post, the index build should trigger and you should see our progress bar on the admin bar. It should take 1 or 2 if you have a small site but if you have a large site it might take a little while but you can monitor it from the progress bar.

    Thank you

Hi again @markilj and thanks for your reply.
You said “It should take 1 or 2”. Is that hours, days? As I don’t happen to see many changes regarding the keywords yet. Please kindly avise.
    Thanks again!

I meant 1 or 2 minutes, could be 5 minutes, it depends on how many your keywords and posts are.

However, if you still haven’t seen links generated, can you take a screenshot of the ILJ dashboard? You should be able to see links generated here: https://prnt.sc/Fq0VcbE1drQH

    Thank you

    Hi again @markilj,
Yes I can see the links now, thank you.
One more question, say any single post has a keyword features more than once (twice, three times, or more) Will that very keyword word appear as link only once or for all of them? I saw I have some posts where the keyword is features more than once, however it only shows up one time.
Thanks again for your geat help!

Glad to hear you are now seeing the links. Thanks for letting us know.

It should be only once by default, it could be that the other link is manually added, or goes to a different link. Although if you want it to link to all the occurrence of the keyword you can enable this option: https://prnt.sc/NAPdfv9OYq1X

    Thank you
