link incomplete in new post announcement

  • hi,
    when sending a link to a new post to email subscribers, the widget doesn’t add the domain name in front of the link, what I get is:

    Hello Admin,
    We have published a new blog post on our website : Psychoanalysis, Clinic and Context – A Book Launch
    You can view it from this link : /?p=691
    Thanks & Regards,

    in stead of:

    You can view it from this link :https://lacaninscotland.com/?p=691

    how can we fix this?

    We have tested it on our dev environment, and it’s working as expected.

    Can you please let us know what’s your template content?

    You can find the template content from Email Subscribers > Campaigns > Manage Templates and get the content of a template.

    We will take a look at it.

    any updates on this? What do I do? look for a plugin from a different developer? Maybe someone that’s more handy with answering to support? Or support is only for paying customers? If so, that should have been stated in those pinned posts on top
