Link in Phrase

Could you please provide with an exact examples. Which phrase do you mean?

Sure. I’d like to add to the end of the sign in to post a comment phrase “or sign up for free now!”

But when I do that, it adds my “link” on to the end of whatever page it is already on instead of making that the link itself.

Ie. If I’m on mydomain.com/somepage it makes the link mydomain.com/somepage/link instead of just link.

Have you tried to add an absolute URL something like this:
https://example.com/mypage/link
Please do not use relative URLs like /link
