link in email register not working

When I register a new user I receive confirmation email, click on link which takes me to register page on site, but does not approve the registration. when I try to sign in says “Your account has not been activated yet, please verify your email first.” but link was clicked and transferred back to site.
https://pro411.nethow can this be resolved, as the plug in is very nice otherwise and I would like to use on my site.
