Link in email notification not showing

Hi
The client I have this installed for tells me he used to get a link embedded in the email notification when a new review was submitted that would allow him to approve… and that this isn’t happening anymore

Is this something to do with a setting (can’t find one) or is it a bug/problem that needs fixing or is he mis-remembering?
