Link Images in Sidebar

I have 2 link categories – Currently Reading & Currently Watching. They are shown with images in the sidebar. I selected them to be sorted by date posted, ascending. I want only the 2 most recent links to show up, but when I added a 3rd one today, it didn’t replace the first one as I had expected. (I couldn’t get the AMM plug-in to work, which is why I am trying it this way)

Also, I want a separate page “Library” that shows ALL the reading & watching links, not just limited to the 2 most current. Can I do this?
