Link image to outside URL in Gallery format?

  • I have 3 images that I would like to display on one of my pages. I’d like them to look alike and be in 3 columns across the page, so I am using the “Gallery” feature.

    The only problem is that with this feature, you can’t link your picture to an outside URL…you have 2 options–link thumbnail to image file or link thumbnail to attachment page.

    When you insert an individual image into the page (NOT using the Gallery option), you have the option of specifying where that image will link to, but then you cannot put 3 images across the page and have them look professional and alike.

    Is there a way to link a GALLERY image to an outside URL and insert it as a GALLERY?
