Link Gallery Thumbnails to Full Images instead of Attachement Page

I’m trying to create galleries which I haven’t done in a while.
The goal is to create a gallery with thumbnails by clicking on which the full image opens.
The problem is that even though in the settings I choose link to “Media File” it still links to the attachment page.

What am I doing wrong?
