Link Function Not Working

  • I am trying to add links (website page) to the Sign Up email that is sent to new participants. The Link function for adding the code does not work in the Settings. I have tried to add my one code, but it is not working correctly. Sure I have the code wrong. Can you advise. I want to add a link to the website for the user to go back to website to get a form. Thanks, Lori

    What exactly are you placing in the email template?

    I was trying to put a link back to the website and a particular page so the customer can click the link. The “link” button at the top of the box where you put in the sign up email reply information does not work. It takes you to the window to set up the link, but then will not save or let you exit the window. I figured out the code on my own without using the link button, but it does seem like that should be functioning. Thanks.

    That sounds like another problem, not the plugin. The “link” function in the rich text editor is working fine here.
