Link for Ticket Not Working

Hi, i need urgent help please. Have already spent hours trying to get it to work but it still hasnt. Have setup event, venue and woocommerce.
Did a trial order and its giving me:
An error has occurred while attempting to view the ticket
None of the tickets for this order could be found.
Hope you respond fast with a solution. I can give access.
We have an event this week that i need this done asap ??
