Link-for-non-js-users

This never happen before. Might be some plugin or theme conflict.
Can you share the link for the page where this is happening so we can check this.

I have tried disable all plugins except for CF7 and WP Contact slider

The slider is on the right side when you scroll down a couple of pixels
