Link for heading anchor generating “#i++-toc-title”

The link for a header anchor is generating $index++ . ‘-toc-title’ instead of the actual title id. The TOC id, and the title id is correct, but the hash link is broken.

Example: Instead of https://www.mysite.com/category/article/#my-title the hash link is generating Instead of https://www.mysite.com/category/article/#2-toc-title

I looked in the plugin code (class-betterdocs-public.php start line 338) but couldn’t find why $id for class=”anchor” is bad, but ok for class=”betterdocs-content-heading”.
