• Hello,

My “link fields” are missing on all types of widgets on my Advanced Layout Editor on WordPress. This includes:
    – HubSpot form Redirect Links
    – Button Links
    – Icon/Icon Box Links
    – Image Links
    – Etc.

The “field” where I would normally place the link is just showing up blank. I am unable to click on it, edit it, or anything.

I have the latest version of WordPress and all of my plugins are up to date.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

    Thank you!

What you’re describing doesn’t sound like something built into WordPress.

What is the name of the plugin that’s providing this “Advanced Layout Editor”?

    Update:

I have deactivated/activated all plugins, cleared my cache, and tried it on a different browser. None of these actions resolved the issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi James,

I believe the Advanced Layout Editor was part of the old version of WordPress. With the latest update, it was removed, so I had to download the “Classic Editor” plugin to get the functionality of the Advanced Layout Editor back.

I have deactivated/activated this plugin, but no luck in fixing the issue.

    Does this answer your question?

    Thanks!

    Kelsey

There was never anything named “Advanced Layout Editor” in any version of WordPress.

Perhaps it is provided by a plugin or your theme and it only works in the classic editor.
