Link featured image & read more button

Hi there,

Thanks for this plugin, helps a lot.
I do have two questions though:

Is there a way to link the featured image in the activity stream to the post (as the title does)? Currently the featured image has no link on it to the post.

Also is there a way to add a “Read more” buttom under the excerpt which, as well, links to the post?

Help much appreciated!
