Check the plugin settings under the “signup form” tab: make sure the “thanks page” setting is correct.

A 403 means that the plugin tried to redirect to a page that has restricted access.

Yeah, i figured that. I did restrict the directory previously before. Ive opened it for now but I cant still cant seem to get it to work. Is there anyway to completely erase the plugins data from the DB? Ive reinstalled it but that didnt seem to work

Trying to access array offset on value of type null
    in /home/bititcoz/public_html/menagainstabuse.org.za/wp-content/plugins/participants-database/classes/PDb_Signup.php on line 288

This is what the error log show me. I finally got the error logging working. It seems like the plugin is trying to access a null array. I just recently updated the plugin. Is there a way I can access the old version?

Don’t worry about that message, it’s not serious. Once you get the plugin properly configured you won’t see it.

If you want to reset the settings and start over with tthe plugin, you need to deactivate it, then delete it (on the plugins page) and then reinstall.

Thanks for the advice, after deleting the app and reinstalling im still getting the same error. Even if i create a new page and set a new thank you page. Do you have the previous version of this app?

Did you check on your server configuration or perhaps a security plugin? A problem like this is often due to firewall rules.

I feel so stupid, I had an old plugin that kept rewriting my .htaccees and for some reason disabling it didnt change the file. Its actually such a bad and dangerous plugin because all its supposed to do is add social media icons. Im going to delete it and report it. Thanks for the help. I am going to ask fort help with a search function but I’ll create a new ticket for that
