link existing posts to facebook

  • Is there a way to link existing posts to social networks?
    I use a WP Plugin “Old Post Promoter”
    When OPP creates the ‘new post’ I want it to share links with at least facebook.
    my site has over 10000 posts, some are from as far back as 2007, but still very much relevant.
    can you help?
