Hi, I’ve tried using your plugin. I’m creating a new campaign, but the link generated by the plugin leads to a site that does not exist (I have published it and saved every change).

These are my only plugins as of right now:

    Hi @knutnix,

Could you please show how your permalinks settings are currently configured at WordPress Settings →Permalinks → Permalink structure?

    Kind regards,
    Luke

Is that it? Do you need me to translate it for ya or is that enough?

Thank you @knutnix for uploading the screenshot. It’s ok, we speak Polish and fully understand what’s there, but prefer to reply in English here to make our answers useful for the wider audience ??

I see that you’re currently using the Plain (Posty) permalink structure. Could you please check if the problem persists if you switch it to Post name (Nazwa wpisu) and save the changes?

    Kind regards,
    Luke

It behaves very strangely, it worked once or twice, but when I clear the cart and try again, it says the cart is empty. At least the error “site does not exist” is gone.

Glad to hear that the ‘site does not exist’ error’s gone. What you have described sounds like some cache issues. Do you use any caching plugins at the moment? Disabling them temporarily and clearing the cache should help to verify if they’re responsible for such behavior.

    Kind regards,

Yeah I’m using LiteSpeed Cache and disabling it did fix the problem, although I’d prefer having it on. It does have some interactions with woocommerce:

Actually, I could just disable somehow the ability to interact with the cart itself, at least for now, but I could need it some time in the future

We’ll take a closer look at the situation if it could be prevented somehow on our side and take care of this in the upcoming updates. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.

    Kind regards,
    Luke
