Link doesn’t open in new window

    Although I have chosen to open link in new window in the general settings, the url link doesn’t open in a new window.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you have selected Open in a new window option from the Pages/Posts section when inserting the shortcode.

    As I mentioned, I did select the option to open in a new window, but it does not work.

    Hi,

    Please note that you have written you selected this option in the general settings, so I asked also to check if you have activated this option in shortcode options when inserting the shortcode into a page/post. Please check the following record.

    We have checked this in our Plugin and we do not have such an issue.

    However, if it still does not work, please note that it may be a conflict with your Theme. Could you please try to change the theme of the webpage to see whether the issue may occur with some other theme too?

    If the issue will be solved could you please specify which particular theme are you using? We will try to fix the issue.
