Link doesn’t open in new tab

  • Credit appears exactly where and how I want it, but even though I selected “Open link in a new tab”, it opens it in the same tab.

    Ah, that’s an unfortunate UI issue that has never come up (but always existed): Open link in a new tab refers to an optional link on the image itself (all handled by WordPress Core), not the Media Credit link. I’ll try to move the media credit fields to make this clearer in a future version.

    Oh, gotcha – I see that now. Yeah, it’s kind of mixed in there. It’s ok though – I have found another plugin that I can use in conjunction with yours that will direct all external links to a new tab, so that problem is solved. Thanks for the plugin!
