• My pdf documents work on a Windows Chrome browser, but when I click on a link in iPhone I get the error “Sorry – That file could not be found”. This is the code I am using, any idea why the mobile device iPhone gives this error?

    [fileaway type=”table” base=”5″ sub = “2022”? searchlabel=”Find Location” filenamelabel=”Salat Calendar 2022″ fadein=”opacity” fadetime=”500″ flightbox=”pdfs” boxtheme=”silver-bullet” theme=”silver-bullet” width=”95″ textalign=”left” hcolor=”brown” iconcolor=”purple” bannerize=”10″ color=”green” paginate = “true” size = “no” heading = “Salat Calendars 2022” pagesize = “10”]

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Not sure why it wouldn’t work on desktop an not mobile. Have you tried trimming your shortcode to using basic options? Just an idea.

FA still works perfectly on my sites even with the latest version of WP. However it isn’t supported anymore by the dev.

I had a plug-in developed with similar functionality, but it doesn’t provide near the amount of display customizations that FA employs.
