link does not arrive and redirects to the Moodle home

    Good Morning,
    We have installed the plugin in wordpress and in Moodle, without problems, we have even made some test enrollments, and we have received the correct link to the email, however in some courses that have already been tested and in which students enroll well For some user emails, the correct link does not arrive and redirects to the Moodle home. It is a random behavior, we have checked the settings several times and everything seems ok
    I really appreciate your help in clarifying this case.
