Link directly to certain tab

Basically I want to add a link in tab one to open tab 2.

That plugin will make a link to open a particular tab and scroll to the top if the tabs without refreshing the page, however it does not support linking to a specific anchor within the tab’s content. if you need to link to a specific part of a tab’s content you would need a custom solution.
