Sorry – i am probably not explaining it correctly.
Say, for example, I want to send out a tweet that directs the viewer to say, the third post down on the blog. Clicking the link you have in your example takes the user to my sales-getters.com home page.

https://sales-getters.com/blog/?p=21 is the right URL, but your linking to it as https://sales-getters.com/?p=21

Go into your Dashboard, make sure the Site and Home URL are BOTH https://sales-getters.com/blog/ (yes, with the blog)
