In your case ufc-commnets is set as div id in plugin settings. So use like this: https://mentalhealthand.me/trying-failing-trying-again/#ufc-comments

Note: If you want to go to a particular comment, it is not possible as Facebook does not allow to use comment id.

Hi Sayan, thanks for the reply, appreciated – so, for each post, how would I do that? That looks like the answer for one of the posts – do I need to change for every post and, if so, where do I enter that code?

Please add this line to notification email message for now:

A new comment has been published on %%post_title%% : %%comment_text%% 

Link: %%post_link%%#ufc-comments

I will add this div id to the reply button of the email Template 1 in the next version of this plugin. Then you can remove this line from notification email message:

Link: %%post_link%%#ufc-comments

Hi Sayam, thanks – so I did that, but it still just takes to the post as normal (not to the comment) when I hit the blue “Reply” button (see image). Is this normal, then – I won’t be able to link directly to a reply?

Here’s how I have that Notifications page set up:

After configuring like this: https://imgur.com/a/wphwi4p your mail looks like https://prntscr.com/ml2vtq (if you click on this you will directly go to comments area). But you want to click the Reply button and go to the comments area, which is currently not possible. I have implemented this to the next version of this plugin which I have released soon.

Hmm, I don’t see that link to take me to the comments – I just see the text that a new comment has been added. I thought I had it set up the way you showed with the screen shot.

May I give you temp access to my admin area to see what I have done wrong, please? If so, please let me know your email and I will set you up.

Hi again, I saw the update come through with the new “straight to comments” option on the Reply button. I tested this morning, and neither my wife or I are getting the test comments to our emails. I know you manually edited the plugin yesterday for me – does that fix need to be removed for the update to work? Thanks! ??
