    Hello @angelseee,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Rank Math analyzes the content that is added inside the post editor (the_content section of the page).

It shows the number of links in the actual page content and excludes the footer, sidebar, and any other widgets.

You can also share the URL where you have applied the internal link so we can check.

    Looking forward to helping you.

Rank Math also does not find links added in the_content area when using Divi theme and builder. I have tested it thoroughly in multiple ways. Reminds me of when Yoast couldn’t do it, but it does now, so I think you should work on your link identification.

    Hello @jasonbrogdon,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Rank Math should be able to read blocks coming from Divi. Can you please confirm if you are using any custom Divi blocks or shortcode containing the links?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Following up to this here:

Is it possible to include certain parts to the analysis of rankmath?
I also am using a shortcode for internal links below the content and it would be great to see an accurate rankmath rating for all these pages.

The same is, that my php file defines the primary keyword as h1, but rankmath lets me know, that i am missing the primary keyword in headlines etc.

Is there some way to fix that?

    Cheers

    Hello @marcelwl,

Thank you so much for getting in touch.

If you are adding the link on a custom block or any shortcode that Rank Math doesn’t support yet, it is impossible for our plugin to read those. Also, anything that is added outside of the post’s content or “the_content” will not be included as well.

The only way for our plugin to read those links is to apply our Content Analysis API: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

P.S. Please open a new support topic if you need any further assistance.
