link color not working

For some reason the links on my newly created pages aren’t showing as blue like they do in the rest of the website. Both the link & hover color are black, so they don’t look like active links. This is a fairly new problem. When I go into customizing > General Options > General Styling, the LINKS COLOR shows that it is set to dark blue & the hover color is light blue.

Any suggestions appreciated.
