Link Box in Editor Won’t Dissapear

Just upgraded to 2.6.2 and I obviously missed a file or something because while the editor works fine when I go to link text to a url the box pops up and inserts the link but does not automatically disappear after.

Can someone please guide me as to which files within the directory could be causing this? Thanks in advance!
