link between form field calculated

    Good evening,
    it is possible in a Calculated Field Form to insert a radio buttons that just connect me to a different Calculated Field Form.
    Example:
    Radio Buttons A and B
    if A links to next page [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id = “1”]
    if B links to next page [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id = “2”]
