link bar on site

Apologies if not allowed to post links to site but bakedsage.com/worpress1

the page bar or w/e it’s called with ‘home, videos, pages, shortcodes, events, galleries, asdfasdf, contacts, short videos’ whenever i delete one of the pages corresponding to one of those links there, the link remains up on that stupid bar…wondering where in interface i go to manually change and control that specific bar to get rid of some of the stuff on it.
